1.Please see the first picture. At our machine feeding part, there is automatic in and out water-cooling circulation. Because the long time machine working will cause the feeding part to become very hot, which will cause the HDPE Pellet melting at the feeding inlet, then the raw material cannot enter into the screw smoothly.
So we equip automatic water in and out circulation for cooling the HDPE material to avoid material returning flowing. Our shining point is that our water circulation system is automatic control, when temperature is high, the water will in, when HDPE temperature is normal, it will not process. This is automatic.
Our frequency converter is ABB brand, motor is Siemens brand.
2.Our mold lip is made of Teflon, which will make the HDPE pipe surface smoother and shinier.
The outer layer of the mold adopts asbestos insulation layer.
3.Our vacuum calibration tank has automatic water level control, when water level is high, the water will be automatically eliminated out of the tank. While when the water in the tank is low level, and the water temperature is high, the water will enter into the tank. Our advantage is, it is automatically controlled.
4.Our hauling off machine is driven by servo motor instead of by inverter. Inverter cannot work for big speed rang, the motor will be easily broken. But servo motor can easily tract for any pipe speed, its torque will not be limited by pipe speed.
5.Our cutter is dust free cutter, it adopts with PLC and touch screen control.
6.Our winder is three station, not one or two. Because machine motor up to 55kw, 16-63 mm pipe production speed is fast, so it needs two rollers, we put them on one side. While 75-110 mm pipe is comparatively lower production speed, we put one roller on the other side.
