LDPE, Also known as high-density polyethylene, it generally refers to plastic packaging film. For example: packaging bag liner film, food packaging film, daily necessities packaging film, plastic greenhouse film. This type of film is mostly in its original color, and there are also light blue and gray black options. It is best to separate the color cards before purchasing. It is not allowed to put the bottom pressure film and PP film together, let alone install OPP and PVC film inside. The acquisition and reuse of LDPE in various aspects is the process of regenerating LDPE.
There are four key processes in the process of fully regenerating LDPE:
- Crushing process. The actual effect of wet crushing and cleaning is stronger. Because some good high-pressure films can be blown again without adding new materials if they are well cleaned. Therefore, attention should be paid to cleaning during the entire crushing process. When the crushed material flows into the stainless steel water tank, it is best to flip it over again to further clean the cleaning points.
- Dry process. Usually, the residual water is dehydrated by a spin dryer, and if there are standards, it is dried to save water and electricity costs and ensure quality. Of course, attention should be paid to avoiding secondary pollution of raw materials during drying.
- Granulation process. The particles produced by specialized extruders have two main uses: re injection molding of films and injection molding processing. The raw materials that exit the 60 to 80 mesh filter can be re injected; The quality requirements for injection molding can be considered for the raw materials that exit the 40 to 60 mesh filter. Generally speaking, when high-pressure materials are blown with film again, good ones with a slight color difference can be blown with black film and plastic bags, resulting in lower prices after injection molding.
- The granulation process usually involves cold water granulation. This process must pay attention to distinguishing models during packaging. One for injection molding and one for injection molding processing to prevent mistakes. In addition, the packaging bags used for injection molding must be lined with outer bags to prevent secondary pollution.
