This PVC pelletizing system consist of conical twin screw extruder, die head, cutter, vibrator sieve and three steps air cooling system. It is mainly used for rigid PVC, soft PVC and transparent PVC compounding and pelletizing. Machine production capacity range is 100-800kg per hour.

The final pvc pellets can be used for pvc injection molding, making high quality upvc pipe/ profile, pvc carpet etc.

We can also supply transparent PVC granules making machine by using Single screw extruder.
