PVC edge banding extrusion machine is used to produce PVC edge band which is popular used for the cross section of furniture plate for protection and decoration. We can make the band width range 19-54mm and thickness range 0.4-2mm. By using and switching different printing rollers, the surface of PVC edge band can get different designs.

Edge banding is a material for protecting, decorating and beautifying the section of furniture panels and other panels. It is divided into wooden edge banding, PVC edge banding, ABS edge banding, PMMA(Acrylic) edge banding, melamine edge banding, and edge sealing. It is the most basic paving material in the cabinet.

Working process flow:
Plastic extruder + mold + embossing(optional)+ water cooling tank + traction gluing machine + winder + surface printing line → final pvc edge band

We can use single screw extruder or double screw extruder to produce PVC edge band according to customer requirement.
