It is mainly used for making PVC ceiling panel and wall decoration panel with the width range from 100-1000mm, panel thickness is customized.

It can make different patterns on the panel surface by working with online hot stamping and lamination machine.

And it can also produce other PVC profiles such like pvc ceiling panel corner profile, conduit profile and window profile etc by changing the different moulds.

The working process flow of PVC ceiling production line:
Raw material → mixing → feeder→ double screw extruder → mould → vacuum calibration table → (hot stamping) → haul-off unit → cutting machine → stacker

Auxiliary equipments: mixer, crusher, pulverizer, lamination machine, hot stamping machine, printing machine, air compressor and so on.
