Product Introduction

PE water supply pipes are made of specialized polyethylene as raw material and extruded by a plastic extruder. They are used in urban water supply networks, irrigation and water diversion projects, and agricultural sprinkler irrigation projects, and are particularly suitable for plastic pipes that are resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion environments. Due to the use of hot melt and electric melting connections in PE pipes, the integration of the interface and the pipe material is achieved, and it can effectively resist the circumferential stress and axial impact stress generated by pressure. Moreover, PE pipes do not add heavy metal salt stabilizers, and the material is harmless, without scaling or bacterial growth, avoiding secondary pollution of drinking water.

  4. Low flow resistance: The roughness coefficient of the inner wall of the polyethylene water supply pipe does not exceed 0.01, which can effectively reduce water supply consumption.
  5. High toughness: Polyethylene water supply pipes are a type of pipe with high toughness, with a fracture elongation rate generally exceeding 500%. They have strong adaptability to uneven settlement of the pipe foundation and are excellent in seismic performance.
  6. Excellent flexibility: The flexibility of polyethylene pipes enables them to be coiled and supplied in longer lengths, avoiding a large number of joints and fittings and increasing the economic value of the material for pipelines.
