Introduction of each part of the PVC pipe production line
(1) Raw material mixing: It is the process of adding PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, soothing reactants and other auxiliary materials into a high-speed mixer in proportion and sequence according to the process. The materials are heated to the set process temperature through self friction between the materials and machinery, and then cooled to 40-50 degrees by a cold mixer; This can be added to the hopper of the extruder.
(2) Extruder section: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion amount with the feeding amount, ensuring stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, which increases the heat transfer area and shear rate of the material, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter of the measuring section screw reduces the heat transfer area and shear rate of the melt, allowing the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates inside the barrel, it plasticizes the PVC mixture and pushes it towards the machine head, thereby achieving compaction, melting, and homogenization of mixing; And achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which can achieve synchronous speed regulation.
(3) Extrusion die part: PVC that has been compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized, with subsequent materials pushed towards the die by screws. The extrusion die is a crucial component for pipe forming.
(4) The vacuum shaping water tank is used for shaping and cooling pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for shaping and cooling, a stainless steel box body, and circulating water spray cooling. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a forward and backward moving device and a manual device for adjusting left, right, and height.
(5) The traction machine is used to continuously and automatically guide the cooled and hardened pipes out of the machine head, with variable frequency speed regulation.
(6) Cutting machine: After being controlled by a travel switch according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, and the flipping frame is delayed to implement flow production. The cutting machine completes the entire cutting process with the fixed length switch signal as the instruction, and maintains synchronization with the operation of the pipe during the cutting process. The cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drive. The cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device to timely suck out and recycle the debris generated by cutting.
(7) The flipping action of the material rack is controlled by a cylinder through an air circuit. The flipping device is equipped with a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be transported. After a delay, the cylinder enters work to achieve the flipping action and discharge the material. After unloading, it will automatically reset after a delay of several seconds and wait for the next cycle.
Product Usage
PVC pipe refers to the main raw material used to make pipes, which is PVC resin powder. The types of PVC pipes are generally classified according to their uses: drainage pipes, water supply pipes, electrical conduits, cable protective sleeves
Because the raw material formulas used are different, the compression resistance and other indicators of various types of pipes are also different.
PVC water supply pipes are used in conjunction with water supply fittings for building water supply projects.
PVC drainage pipes are used for drainage and sewage discharge.
Identify PVC pipes
(1) First, look at the surface smoothness and whiteness.
(2) If you drop the sample, it is usually a high calcium product that is prone to breakage. Of course, if it meets your requirements and the price is reasonable, it is acceptable.
(3) Take the sample and step on the edge of the pipe to see if it can crack, or if it will break and elongate after cracking.
(4) It’s quite troublesome in terms of endurance. The direct solution is to take it to a high-temperature and high gloss place and let it sit for a few days to see the surface change rate, but it’s too time-consuming. Just focus on the first three items.
