This production line is mainly used for PVC WPC door boards extrusion. The production line can choose different specifications of conical twin-screw extruder according to different width of the board and equipped with the corresponding vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, turning over platform and other auxiliary equipment.

3.Traction machine adopts our company’s unique lifting technology, smooth work, good reliability, large traction.

4.The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed.

5. By sanding，hot stamping，laminating，vacuum shaping, the user can make the wpc door surface looks more like real wooden.
